5.2 General Bonus Terms

• The wagering requirement applies only to the bonus amount, not the deposit amount.
• Each bonus is applicable only once per person, per address, and per payment method.
• gv99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel bonus offers at any time.
• Requesting a withdrawal before the bonus conditions are met may result in the bonus being cancelled.
• Attempting to use a bonus through unusual betting patterns will result in the cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings.

All games on gv99 (including live casino, slots, fishing, sports betting, and all other categories) are operated using fair and transparent technology. Each game has its own rules, and it is your responsibility to review those rules before playing.

• If a game result is affected by a technical error, that round may be considered void.
• In the event of a disconnection during a game, the result recorded on gv99's server will be considered final.
• Once a bet is accepted in sports betting, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If there is a dispute over a game result, the support team must be notified within a maximum of 48 hours.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the gv99 platform. If such activities are detected, the account will be immediately closed and all balances may be forfeited:

• Using automated software, bots, or any other technology to gain an unfair advantage.

• Harassing, threatening, or attempting to defraud other users.
